UNFOLDED, NOT MOLDED

We children of the light

are made to be unfolded…..

not made to be molded.

Yet we have allowed ourselves

to be molded by fear,

by the should's and gotta's.

While ever we crave

the unfolding of our hearts,

to find new open

and bigger spaces

from which to love.

To love others,

and even better,

to love ourselves.

Unfolding into peace.

Unfolding to claim those choices,

times and places and people

who help us find

and live in peace.

In the peace within us.

The only place

peace truly resides.

Unfolding into joy.

Turning our face,

just like the sunflower

to absorb the joy

of sun on our face.

Unfolding into joy.

Turning our head

to let the wind

stream our hair

out behind us,

waving at the world.

Undfolding into joy

in the simplest

of things.

May we all

unfold our now

to embrace

Love

and

Peace

and

Joy.
